Chase Tutoring Dashboard
This is Chase's private administrative application for managing tutoring students, lessons, scheduling, lesson summaries, and billing records. Access to operational records requires an authorized administrator login.
Google Calendar and Meet
Chase can authorize the application to connect to his Google account. The integration checks calendar availability, creates and manages tutoring events, and generates Google Meet links for online lessons.
When explicitly selected while scheduling, it can invite the student to a tutoring event. External events on the selected calendar show their titles and times to the authorized tutor as read-only entries, not imported student or lesson records.
This is not a public Google sign-in service. Students and parents do not need to connect their Google accounts to the dashboard. Calendar changes made in Google do not automatically update the dashboard's lesson records.
A separately configured Wyzant calendar subscription can also display read-only session titles, times, and event links. It refreshes in the background and does not import lessons or billing records.
